When downloading a file wrapper from Patent Center, the bookmarks are not descriptive. It would be very helpful to have the same descriptive bookmarks that are in the IFW when you download from PAIR.
When a fee is paid through Financial Manager from EFS, our docket number appears on our Deposit Account statement, making it easy to reconcile charges. But when a fee is paid through Financial Manager from PatentCenter, the docket number does not pass through to the Deposit Account statement. That makes no sense as Financial Manager is being used in either case. In any event, this needs to be fixed.
Most of the internal pre-examination procedures are opaque outside of the USPTO. It would be very help to have, in writing, on the USPTO website the exact internal procedures used to evaluate whether a Power of Attorney form, drawings, application data sheet, etc. are compliant. This would help reduce errors and ultimately reduce USPTO staff work load.

If EPAS pulled from the USPTO database and showed you the title associated with the patent/patent application number you have identified it would greatly reduce the number of mis-recorded assignments.
Would you please put a link to the Sponsorship Tool on the MyUSPTO home page? As it is now, I have it bookmarked separately.
